Returns & Refunds

At Vigron FORTE, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact

• Returns & Refunds only accepted if the product is wrongly delivered(proof of box opening video needed) or Broken Box.
  

Return Process

• Contact our customer service at to initiate a return.

• Provide your order number and reason for return.

• Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in 3-5 Working Days

Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Exchange process time : 2 Days and the newly exchanged orders will be delivered within 5-6 days
